TeamBeam manages team experiences end to end. That means we need excellent partners — venues, facilitators, wellness practitioners, caterers, photographers, and specialists — who meet our standard.

WHO WE LOOK FOR

The kinds of partners we work with.

Venues

City hotels, resorts, boutique properties, eco-lodges, co-working spaces, and unique event spaces across India, USA, and international destinations. You should have clear policies on dietary management and be willing to work to a confirmed brief.

Facilitators

Certified facilitators with demonstrable experience in corporate team workshops, leadership development, OD interventions, or culture work. ICF coaching certification, DISC/EQ-i accreditation, or equivalent.

Wellness practitioners

RYT 200+ yoga instructors, certified breathwork practitioners, mindfulness and meditation specialists. Corporate delivery experience preferred. Able to work in office settings and resort environments

Caterers and chefs

Event catering specialists with demonstrated ability to manage Jain, vegan, Halal, gluten-free, and allergy-specific requirements to written brief and confirmed specification. Corporate event experience essential.

Activity and experience specialists

Escape room operators, culinary session hosts, adventure activity providers, CSR programme specialists, photography and documentation teams, entertainment and game show hosts.

Every client we send to a partner venue or specialist arrives with a confirmed design document, a dietary brief, and clear expectations. No vague requirements. No last-minute changes without written approval.

We pay promptly and professionally

Partners are paid within agreed terms. No chasing. No holding invoices. We treat our vendors the same way we expect to be treated by clients.

We maintain a clear standard

We provide feedback after every event — to partners as well as to clients. Partners who maintain our standard receive regular referrals. Partners who do not are told directly and given the opportunity to address it.

We grow together

As TeamBeam grows across India, USA, and new markets, our partner network grows with us. Early partners in new markets benefit from consistent referral volume as we scale.
