Discovery conversation (30 min)
A genuine conversation about your team’s situation. Not a sales presentation. No deck. We ask questions. You talk. We listen.

A short 8-minute survey for your team. Tells us where to focus the experience design. Shared at no charge as part of the conversation.
➍
Design document (Day 5–7)
A complete experience design: mode, format, agenda, venue brief, success measure, and cost breakdown. Nothing booked before you approve it in writing.
➎
Zero commitment until you approve
Nothing is booked or confirmed until you approve the design document in writing. No deposit. No pressure. No obligation at any stage before that point.

For in-office sessions and online experiences, we can often move within one week of enquiry. For offsites and retreats, two to four weeks is typical. For large leadership retreats or multi-day company events, six to eight weeks gives us the best options. If your timeline is tight, email us anyway — we will tell you honestly what is possible.
All requirements are collected from participants, compiled into a written brief, sent directly to the venue kitchen, and confirmed by the chef in writing before the event. Jain, vegan, Halal, gluten-free, and all specified allergies are managed as standard — not as an exception. This is one of our five non-negotiable commitments.
For online and in-office experiences, there is no formal minimum — we have worked with teams of five. For away experiences, we typically recommend at least twelve people to make the design and logistics worthwhile. Email us with your team size and we will advise.
A Pulse survey is sent to all participants within 2 hours of the event closing. Follow-up surveys go out at Day 14, Day 30, and Day 60 — tracking whether the behaviors and team dynamics that shifted on the day were sustained over time. At Day 60 we produce a summary report connecting the investment to measurable outcomes.

One named person is accountable for the full day and arrives 60 minutes early. They manage every issue — vendor delays, dietary errors, AV problems, schedule changes — before your team notices. You receive a post-event summary within 24 hours covering what happened and how it was handled.
Yes. Multi-city rollouts with a consistent design and quality standard across locations is one of the things we do well for mid-market and enterprise clients. One design document. Same experience standard in Pune, Mumbai, Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Chennai, and beyond.
