Where we are hiring.
Execution Manager — India (Pune / Mumbai)
The person on the ground. You own the day. You arrive early, you manage every vendor, you ensure the experience runs as designed. Prior events, hospitality, or operations experience. Full-time.
Experience Designer — India (Remote)
You design team experiences. You understand organisational dynamics, facilitation methodology, and how to translate a team’s situation into an agenda that produces the right outcome. OD, L&D, or facilitation background.
Client Success Manager — India or USA (Remote)
You own the client relationship from first contact through the 60-day measurement report. You are the person clients trust. Consulting, account management, or HR business partner background.
Facilitation Associate — Seasonal / Part-time
You facilitate in-office workshops, virtual sessions, or assist on large event days. Certified or experienced facilitators. Openings in Pune, Mumbai, Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Chennai, New York, San Francisco, Chicago, and more.
