Understand your situation
A 30-minute conversation and, where useful, a short team health survey — 8 minutes for your team to complete. We want to know: what needs to improve, what outcome makes this worthwhile, what has been tried before. Design follows understanding. Never the other way around.

Design your experience
We produce a complete experience design before any venue is booked, any vendor is contacted, or any cost is confirmed. The document covers: the outcome we are designing toward, which activities and why, the full agenda, venue criteria, and what success looks like. You approve it in writing. Nothing moves until you do.

We manage everything
Once you approve, we handle everything: venue, transport, food, vendors, dietary management, run sheet, participant communications. One named person arrives 60 minutes early, completes a readiness check, and manages every issue on the day. Your team shows up and participates. You do not coordinate anything.

We measure what changed
Within 2 hours of close: a short post-event survey. Then at Day 14, Day 30, and Day 60 we measure whether the behavioral changes were sustained — not just how people felt on the day. A summary report connects the investment to measurable outcomes. Finance can read it.

After Step 1 — Situation summary
A clear summary of your team’s situation as we understand it, including the outcome we will design toward. If we ran the health survey, you receive the initial scores and the top priority gaps.

After Step 2 — The design document
Outcome statement, recommended experience type, selected activities with reasoning, full agenda with timings, venue criteria, dietary management plan, and what the measurement will track. Nothing moves until you approve in writing.

During Step 3 — The execution pack
Venue confirmation, vendor contacts, run sheet, dietary confirmation from chef, participant guide. Then on the day: one named person managing everything, and a post-event survey sent within 2 hours of close.

After Step 4 — The measurement report
Survey results at Day 14, 30, and 60. Before/after comparison where a health diagnostic was run. A summary connecting investment to measurable outcomes, written for both an HR leader and a finance audience.
